To complete your application you will need:

• A valid government-issued photo ID
• Proof of income (see acceptable income sources below)
• Social Security Card
• Application fee of $75

Applicants must have a combined household income of at least 3x times the monthly rent. For example, for a $2105 apartment, a minimum income of $6,315 per month is required.

We accept:

• 2 months' worth of most recent pay stubs
• Last two years' tax transcripts from IRS.GOV website (self-employed)
• Official offer letter and a recent paystub to upload to SNAPPT and/or previous paystubs from previous role
• Bank statements-2 Most Recent Bank Statements

If one applicant is approved and another is not, anyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the home must pass screening requirements. Please contact our leasing office to discuss your options.

No, we do not offer short-term leases at Parallel 36 at Jailette.

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 12 MONTHS to 15 MONTHS. Contact our leasing office for pricing by term length.

Yes. A written notice of at least 60 days is required prior to your move-out date. Please refer to your lease agreement for full details.

On your move-in day, you will stop by the leasing office to present your ID and receive your Rently access codes. All move-in costs must be paid in full, GA Power account active, and Renters' Insurance uploaded to FOXEN prior to receiving your keys. Submit your move-in inspection within 24 hours of move in.

Prior to move-out, please schedule a move-out walkthrough, return all keys and access cards, and ensure your apartment is cleaned. Your security deposit will be processed within 30 days per state law.

Your deposit is refundable, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear, outstanding balances, or cleaning fees. Refunds are processed within 30 days of move-out per applicable state law.

Yes. All residents must maintain renter's insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $300,000. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to move-in.
